Brooke A. Howard
Brooke Albert Howard is a Raleigh trial lawyer who focuses her practice on representing individuals who have been seriously harmed-- either physically or financially. Brooke has over ten years of experience in complex civil litigation. Over the years, she has handled a wide-range of cases, including investment fraud matters, shareholder actions, wrongful death actions, catastrophic personal injury actions, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and product liability actions.
Although Brooke now primarily represents plaintiffs, she has previously represented defendants and insurance companies and has also worked for a state appellate court judge. Brooke’s prior work experience gives her the unique ability to evaluate her cases from all angles and to anticipate arguments that may be raised by the other side.
Brooke is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in North Carolina. She is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was selected as a North Carolina “Rising Star” by North Carolina Super Lawyers magazine in 2013-2022.
